WPFT and ORC - Dragon Boating

WPFT is very excited that we have come to an agreement with our partners at the Orlando Rowing Club. ORC will be managing our Dragon Boat initiative. So fun as it is not technical unless your boat wants to race. Then there is much to be learned about being synchronized.
Putting together a group to take a Dragon Boat Clinic offered in Melbourne April 13-17. With 12 we get a discounted price and we will all be learning together so we will have a team/boat opportunity. Let me know if you want to join us.

Posted 8:17pm December 30th, 2009I am going to sign up for the Dragon Boat Clinic on Jan 9 at the Orlando Rowing Club. It is offered at 9am and 10:30am. Instructors coming from Tampa. $10.00. Come join me as I did it once before and it is great fun. Also works toward the New Year's resolution to do more healthy exercises. Re-shape that torso.
