Congratulations to the entire WPFT team for developing an outstanding, easily navigable interactive website. Watching your organization grow year after year has been exciting and heart-warming to watch. We have a group of my former Darden colleagues led by two of my heroes, Betty Salvas and Patty DeYoung, who have continuously committed themselves to WPFT.  What a determined, no-nonsense group they are as they continue supporting cancer research.

My family has also benefited from the great work at M. D. Anderson and their extraordinary team of care-givers, researchers and community leaders. The necessary work they do, will one day touch so many in such a positive way. They are truly making a difference in the fight to cure cancer.

It has been especially impressive to see WPFT's vision to be donor dynamic through social networking come to life. This is a unique and cutting edge platform for a community of volunteers and is setting a new bar for engagement.

As a member of the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Orlando, Council of Governors, I am an enthusiastic supporter of WPFT and the outstanding work they are doing each and every day in the fight to cure cancer. All of us at the Knob Hill Group wish all of the many WPFT supporters great success during “Pink October” and look forward to being part of this extraordinary support group and the critical work that lies ahead with the Cancer Research Institute.
