On February 1, 2010, WPFT held its first meeting of the new year at Orlando's Cancer Research Institute.

As Pink October came to a close, more than 100 women gathered at Lake Nona Golf and Country Club for two days of tournament golf to raise money to support the mission of WPFT. The event featured a special visit from golf legend Annika Sorenstam.
